Simple Patents, LLC Return Policy |

Return Policy: Simple Patents, LLC provides services including Patent Research. Simple Patents, LLC also provides the following services which are contracted through third parties: Patentability Opinions , Consultations and Applications are all services. Since all of the aforementioned services are intangible items, Simple Patents, LLC does not accept returns. |

Cancellation Policy: The customer may cancel a service at any time until delivery of the service. The customer is responsible for payment for any portion of a service already delivered by Simple Patents, LLC. A customer may request cancellation of a service via phone or email. |

Refunds: If the customer feels the service provided by Simple Patents is defective, the customer must provide a detailed explanation in writing to Simple Patents. If Simple Patents is in agreement with the customer as to the defect of the service, the customer can choose either a full refund or a repeat of the service. |

Time Limits: A customer who is dissatisfied with a product must identify the problem(s) in writing within fifteen (15) business days of delivery of the product. |

Restocking Fees: Because Simple Patents, LLC is a services company selling intangible products, restocking fees are not applicable. |

Shipping Policy: Because Simple Patents, LLC is a services company selling intangible products, all products are delivered via the internet. Should a customer require a paper version of a document or report, arrangements can be made with a representative of Simple Patents, LLC to have the document shipped at the customer’s expense.
