Start with Patent Research

Good research is the best first step you can take when you’re starting out a patent project.  We aim to deliver research that helps you make important decisions with the best information available.

We sell patent research without advice or opinions.  We do this because, in addition to keeping the cost lower, we believe that you should be the first person to decide what you see in the search results.  It cuts your initial costs and it provides you with an education in the field of your invention that you can use to both improve your invention and be ready with questions when you work with your practitioner.

Get a Referral to a USPTO Registered Practitioner

In the years that we have worked on research, we developed a network of  highly qualified USPTO registered practitioners with whom we have excellent working relationships. Because most of the practitioners that we work with are independent, we developed a case management system, Pipe, to help them manage their dockets.

In addition, we make our search system, PSV, available to the practitioners in our network, which provides efficient transfer of data and an analytical interface to your patent search.
