We are not looking to serve everybody. Frankly, we hope most people who are looking for patent-related services go elsewhere. This is because we don’t have time to waste on customers who want services we can never provide.
Over the years of working with a variety of customers, we have found that independent inventors fall into three categories:

We aim to the serve entrepreneurs — people who can take action, make thoughtful decisions and spend money efficiently.
Our best customers are smart inventors, people with experience and savvy. Many of our best customers have been through the process before, and they know what they want and value.
If you think you’re brilliant, you should choose a company that specializes in telling you how brilliant you are…while bleeding you dry. We are not that company.
